Sheet 06 · Door and pub

Entering Cascades Casino North Bay

This sheet follows the order a visitor meets things at Cascades Casino North Bay: the door, the pub, then the services inside. Admission is 19+ and needs current government photo ID, while MATCH Eatery & Public House runs on a separate schedule for each day.

01Door

ID at the door

To enter Cascades Casino North Bay, a guest must be 19+ and present valid photo ID that a government issued. Ontario law fixes that age: the Gaming Control Act, 1992 lets no one under 19 enter a casino or remain in it. Guests aged 21 or younger need one more piece of ID, and it must show their name. Staff can check ID at any point of the visit, not only at the entrance.

Some people may not visit at all. Being trespassed or self-excluded, here or at any Ontario gaming property, bars a person from visiting. Bringing in food or drink from outside is not permitted. On the gaming floor, electronic devices may not be used for recording, photography or calculating.

02Pub

MATCH Eatery & Public House

MATCH Eatery & Public House is the pub inside the casino, a neighbourhood pub with a sports-bar feel. It is the pub brand of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, the company that runs Cascades Casino North Bay. Monday to Thursday it opens at noon and closes at 11 PM, and Friday runs noon to 1 AM. Saturday runs 10 AM to 1 AM, and Sunday 10 AM to 11 PM.

These hours cover the pub only, not the gaming floor; holiday hours need confirming on the casino's own site. The pub has its own number: 705-840-7749, ext 5249.
